<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>The Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the Director of Strategic Operations in a non-customer-facing capacity. This role focuses on tracking, recording, and supporting infrastructural functions related to designated Strategic Accounts.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create and process purchase orders</li><li>Receive POs in ERP system</li><li>Prepare daily shipment paperwork</li><li>Record daily inbound receipts</li><li>Generate daily status reports on missing and projected demands</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical transaction files</li><li>Create weekly billing summaries</li><li>Process billing across two ERP systems</li><li>Manage inventory levels of infrastructural items, including periodic counts</li><li>Assist with light production-related tasks as needed</li><li>Perform basic data mining and reporting<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently</li><li>Comfortable operating in both office and light production settings<br><br></li></ul>Position is part time and required to be in the office.<br><br>EOE, including disability/vets
