Admissions Coordinator – Full-Time OpportunitySalary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year + Benefits

Cascade Lodge, a Residential Treatment Center specializing in helping adolescent boys overcome severe anxiety and OCD, is seeking a full-time Admissions Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

Cascade Lodge:

Cascade Lodge, located in Huntsville, Utah, provides a safe, therapeutic, and structured environment where adolescent boys can find hope and healing. Our evidence-based programs and compassionate staff empower young men to build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and lead fulfilling lives.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with administrative and operational support tasks including organizing files, maintaining office systems, managing incoming/outgoing mail, ordering supplies, and ensuring administrative areas remain organized and professional.

Support coordination of events, parent functions, referral partner visits, tours, luncheons, and other program-related activities.

Provide general administrative assistance to leadership and program staff as needed.

Perform other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

As the Admissions Coordinator, you will work onsite and will serve as the critical first point of contact for families seeking support and guidance. Your role will include:

  • Engaging with families, answering questions, and providing compassionate support throughout the admissions process.
  • Providing onsite tours to prospective parents, referents and other relevant colleagues.
  • Managing inquiries, applications, and documentation to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
  • Collaborating with clinical, administrative, and program staff to coordinate the intake process and communicate to each boy’s unique needs.
  • Maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
  • Continuously improving admissions processes to better serve families and support organizational goals.
  • Coordinate tours, luncheons, dinners and other special programs for referral groups and parents.
  • Ability to respond quickly to inquiries and referral partners with urgency and professionalism
Special Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping families in crisis.
  • Available on call after regular work hours to respond to inquiries, educational consultants, therapists and parents.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech-savviness, including familiarity with admissions software or CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A team player who can work collaboratively and calmly under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Professional presentation in speech and mannerism
  • Ability to network using innovative techniques
  • Marketing skills
  • Sales experience, with the ability to manage leads and close effectively.
  • Ability to strategically build and maintain relationships with referral partners
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Learn and follow program emergency procedures.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required.·
