Job Description

Are you a visionary UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences? In this Work From Home role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final implementation. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to define, design, and deliver user-centered solutions across various platforms and devices. Your responsibilities will span user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and crafting high-fidelity UI designs. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the user experience design process from concept to execution, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into compelling user interfaces and experiences.
  • Develop and maintain high-fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, primarily Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible, implemented correctly, and meet user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user experience.
  • Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Present and clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and user flows to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design skills, user-centered design processes, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and designing for diverse user needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects to enhance user interfaces.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience designing for large-scale enterprise software or complex SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to or manage design systems.
