We are seeking a highly capable AI Content Creator / AI Avatar Video Editor to help transform client's decades of medical expertise into high-end, AI-led online courses. This role is not about basic editing or social media posting; it is a specialized position focused on scaling human expertise through digital replication.<br><br><strong>Full-time:</strong> 40 hours per week<br><strong>Remote:</strong> Fully remote<br><strong>Engagement Type:</strong> Independent Contractor<br><b>Monthly Rate: </b>$1200-1500 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)<ul><li><b>AI Avatar & Clone Management:</b><ul><li><span>Create and manage high-fidelity,</span><span> language-specific AI clones (one specialized clone per target language).</span></li><li><span>Ensure the technical quality of avatars,</span><span> including voice modulation,</span><span> lip-syncing,</span><span> and authoritative delivery.</span></li><li><span>Maintain 100% consistency in tone and medical credibility across all localized versions.</span></li></ul></li><li><b>Direct Response VSLs & AI UGC:</b><ul><li><span>Design and edit high-converting Video Sales Letters for our core product,</span><span> utilizing AI avatars to drive trust and sales.</span></li><li><span>Develop "User Generated Content" style ads using AI to create authentic,</span><span> relatable social proof at scale.</span></li><li><span>Produce rapid variations of hooks and CTAs for Meta,</span><span> YouTube,</span><span> and TikTok based on real-time performance data.</span></li></ul></li><li><b>Course Production & Content Transformation:</b><ul><li><span>Convert raw books,</span><span> lectures,</span><span> and research into structured,</span><span> AI-led course videos and premium educational modules.</span></li><li><span>Implement AI voice and video localization to ensure the educational experience feels native in every target language.</span></li></ul></li><li><b>Design & Brand Support:</b><ul><li><span>Provide graphic design support for product assets,</span><span> marketing collateral,</span><span> and website modules.</span></li><li><span>Ensure all visual designs align with the brand’s high-end,</span><span> medical-authority aesthetic.</span></li></ul></li></ul><strong>Role Requirements:</strong><ul><li>2+ years of experience in AI clone creation or similar role</li><li>Proven, hands-on experience with <b>AI video and avatar tools</b> (Synthesia is highly preferred).</li><li>Strong AI prompting skills across text (LLMs), voice (cloning), and video.</li><li>Experience working with <b>long-form, knowledge-heavy content</b>.
