Do you a few years of high volume full cycle recruiting and are you looking for your next adventure? We are looking for entry level recruiters with 2-3 years of successful results of sourcing and hiring retail, logistics, hospitality, customer service front line staff. This remote role will support several georaphic areas to source part-time Event Staff and Event Security professional to provide world class service at some of the country's most sought after Concerts, Festivals, Professional Sporting events across the country. Allied Universal® is hiring several Regional Recruiters. This Regional Recruiter is responsible for the development and execution of all recruiting strategies and operations, within an assigned region, to ensure an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs for an assigned territory. This role will support recruiting efforts for new business, large scale events, and acquisitions which may require some occasional overnight travel (10-15% travel). RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build an ongoing, ready pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs at all times; strategies must be all encompassing to incorporate all available recruitment sources, while building ensuring creative market specific approaches are employed as needed (i.e., college, grassroots, military, community partnerships) Establish rhythm and routine to ensure quality recruitment campaigns are deployed to attract diverse candidates into talent pipeline Actively work the candidate pipeline to conduct interviews, select and make hiring recommendations/offers to qualified candidates to ensure hiring targets are met for assigned area of responsibility Partner with the Regional Recruiting Manager and Field Operations Leadership within an assigned region, develop strategies to proactively recruit and meet hiring needs Attend regional and branch meetings as agreed with branch management, and present strategies and ideas for expanding “spinning plates”; constantly review and strategize with branches on DOMO and Workforce Planning reports, upcoming new account needs, and replacement personnel needs Ensure weekly recruitment reports are pulled from iCIMS and used as a management tool to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts Work with Recruiting Leadership Team, Corporate Recruitment Enablement Team, and other Regional Recruiters to develop and maintain a “Recruiting Toolbox” of ideas, flyers, brochures, and methods that can be modified and adapted to each hiring need and region as appropriate; create a “Resource Binder” of all existing (and ongoing new) recruiting techniques and resources, contact names and numbers, frequency, effectiveness, etc. Provide support, training, and assistance to branch staff within region in managing applicant tracking within the automated applicant tracking system, as well as managing specific areas of ATS related to recruiting activities (i.e., posting job openings, etc.) Work with Operational leadership to provide guidance and guidelines to ensure hiring managers are participating in iCIMS and the process in a timely and appropriate manner In partnership with recruiting leadership administer recruiting measures and provide analysis and recommendations for adjusting techniques and strategies to meet targets; includes completing weekly or monthly reports on hiring, effectiveness of recruiting sources, costs vs. return on investment, projections for future growth, and other useful data as directed by the Event Services Director, Human Resources, and Recruiting; actively work to turn analysis into action plans by proactively anticipating and responding to trends. Assist Branch Operations with the coordination of in-branch hiring activities on a planned or periodic ‘as needed’ basis, by holding branch hiring events, and assisting in interviewing and hiring process during peak times, or for special hiring events Ensure compliance with contracts, state licensing, EEOC, Department of Labor, and other regulatory requirements related to recruitment Planning and Execution of social media and marketing campaigns in partnership with branch and Corporate Marketing Work in partnership with Operations to manage Clients in areas related to recruitment and retention activities as appropriate Participate in sales presentations (when appropriate) Assist to manage client expectations around recruitment challenges QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting in a high volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies and plans to achieve objectives Experience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems (Internet search engines, social media sites, ATS, etc.) Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish hiring goals Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing priorities Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; able to integrate multiple applications to streamline operations through technology solutions; able to use of technology to create meaningful reports and measurements Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion Outstanding oral and written communication skills Thorough understanding of state and federal hiring laws, equal opportunity, Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (UGESP), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Recruiting Certifications (i.e., Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies Certified Internet Recruiter, etc.) BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
