We are looking for an Amazon Market Research Virtual Assistant to help identify trends, collect data, and generate insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires a resourceful and analytical individual who can manage research tasks independently while providing accurate and actionable reports.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of research initiatives, including issue resolution, optimization, and catalog management to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Amazon Market Research Analyst to join a well-established and innovative company that values creativity, data-driven insights, and excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online research on competitors, products, and market trends on Amazon. This role will deep dive sales ranks and be a key contributor to A/B testing new products, pricing adjustments and optimization based on competitors.
  • Collect and organize data from multiple sources (databases, websites, reports, etc.).
  • Create reports and summaries with clear insights and recommendations including pricing and new product opportunities.
  • Support business development and marketing with research-driven findings.
  • Track key industry developments and share timely updates with leadership.

  • Ideally 5 years of experience in market research including execution, resolution, and catalog management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
  • Strong focus on A/B testing and market research on Amazon.
  • Familiar with using Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout etc.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with research tools and databases is a plus.
