While its diversified portfolio and value-driven positioning have fuelled strong commercial momentum, the company’s fast scale-up has presented operational challenges, particularly in areas such as logistics and customer service.</p><p>Role Overview</p><p>We are seeking an Amazon Advertising Manager / Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon marketing. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of Amazon Ads, from PPC optimisation and DSP campaigns to storefront design and cross-channel activations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Amazon Advertising Management – Lead day-to-day management of Amazon Advertising campaigns, including keyword research, bid optimisation, and campaign structuring to drive category-leading visibility and sales.</li><li>New-to-Brand Growth – Partner with the brand team to develop and execute upper-funnel campaigns that attract and convert new-to-brand customers.</li><li>Storefront Strategy & Optimisation – Design, optimise, and manage Amazon Stores across their brands, ensuring brand consistency and maximising sales through creative.</li><li>Marketplace Expansion – Take full ownership of UK & Ireland ad console performance, with a clear progression path to managing international marketplaces, gaining exposure across new regions and customer bases.</li><li>Event & Promotion Alignment – Plan and execute high-impact advertising strategies around key retail events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) to maximise reach, sales, and promotional effectiveness.</li><li>DSP & Off-Site Amazon Growth – Manage DSP campaigns in collaboration with our agency partners at a global scale, optimising off-site advertising to drive traffic, new-to-brand customers, and incremental sales.</li><li>Innovation & Business Development – Identify and test emerging Amazon opportunities, including Twitch, Prime Video, and influencer collaborations, helping the business scale and stay ahead of competitors.</li><li>Cross-Channel Collaboration – Work with the brand team to create TikTok ads and other social-driven campaigns that drive traffic to Amazon listings, maintain #1 bestseller rankings, and accelerate growth of new/fringe products.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Amazon Advertising Expertise – 3-5+ years’ strong experience and track record managing Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns to drive growth.</li><li>Analytical & Data-Driven – Ability to interpret performance data, optimise campaigns, and present clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Creative Collaboration – Skilled at working with brand and design teams to develop engaging storefronts and ad creatives.</li><li>Cross-Marketplace & Cross-Channel – Experience with international Amazon marketplaces and integrating social/paid channels (e.g., TikTok).</li><li>Growth & Innovation Mindset – Eagerness to test new formats, explore emerging Amazon platforms (Twitch, Prime Video), and identify scaling opportunities.</li></ul><p>What we offer</p><p>Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports nutrition brands, built on the belief that bravery, boldness, resilience, and speed win battles — in sport and in business.
