What We Do
Concept + Design Studio is the full-service in-house partner for all things creative within Marketing s Global Brand & Creative, DTC, at Warner Bros. Discovery. Our work spans multiple teams and encompasses brand identity, campaigns, toolkits, key art, OOH, motion graphics, and print and digital design. Together, we create and translate the brand for any medium to best serve our stories.

Project
As a Production Designer for the Brand Creative & Campaigns team, this individual must have a passion for visual communications, branding, design, and collaboration. They will be integral in creating assets for a variety of marketing initiatives, while advocating for the brand s visual identity and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. Bring your passion and be a foundational part of our dynamic studio!

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Adapt and version artwork for full-funnel digital display, social, and OOH paid media campaigns
Maintain brand and layout consistency across all campaign assets, upholding the elevated visual brand standards
Have a strong understanding of grid use, typography, and hierarchy of information
Work closely with the lead Art Director to review copy, layouts, and content in print or digital form, providing design solutions
Be receptive to creative direction for assigned projects, and incorporate shareholder feedback into designs
Demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks to produce high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment

Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Adobe suite
a. Photoshop and illustrator.
2) Portfolio
a. Poster, and ad designs primarily.
3) Having strong design skills
a. primarily dynamic and fast-paced design with key art.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) InDesign experience
2) Strong Ideation skills - The team puts together mood boards during brainstorm meetings.

Soft Skills
1) Impressive portfolio showing breadth of design
2) Takes initiative and thrives in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
3) Acute attention to detail and the ability to provide effective design solutions
