This is a Java developer position in TEDRA India. The candidate will join the global TEDRA team tasked with architecting, designing, developing and maintaining existing applications and new business solutions. An ideal candidate will be an established java developer with an enthusiasm for technology and solid understanding of high-performance java, excellent communication skills and the flexibility to mix development on a variety of business requests with technology driven projects around capacity, scale and robustness. Candidate will have an opportunity to work directly with the users, business analyst, translate business requirements into the technical architecture and manage overall deliverables. The candidate should be comfortable working across all the tiers in the proposed solution: RDBMS, batch processes, application servers. Candidate must also > possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication and the ability to think on their feet. > fast paced application development on robust, real-time enterprise scale data systems and services in Java on a variety of data platforms - primarily MongoDB, Sybase, DB2 and Spark. > ensure quality control by performing both automated and manual testing on deliverables including performance tuning & stress testing > be team oriented and can work well within a global team > be comfortable expressing your ideas in meetings, design sessions, etc. working in a global, agile, collaborative environment.
