This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys improving processes through better workflows, reporting, and automation.</p> <h4>Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Lead all aspects of preboarding and onboarding to ensure a positive, efficient new hire experience, including adding new hires to systems, coordinating new hire stipends, and supporting readiness tasks across teams.</li> <li>Own operational onboarding workflows and ticketing (e.g., Jira tickets for new hires, onboarding tasks, and LOAs).</li> <li>Support new hire orientations and complete I-9 verifications in alignment with compliance requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate and calculate severance details, ensuring calculations align with internal policy and partnering with Payroll on state payment requirements.</li> <li>Manage the accurate entry, maintenance, and auditing of employee records including hires, promotions, internal mobility, terminations, and other lifecycle changes.</li> <li>Maintain personnel folders and ensure compliant documentation practices (including I-9s and work authorization/visa documentation where applicable).</li> <li>Ensure files are organized, complete, and retained appropriately in the designated storage system (e.g., drive/personnel folders).</li> <li>Serve as a key administrator for the People team tech stack (including Paylocity, Lattice, Nectar, Asana), helping keep systems accurate, reliable, and user-friendly.</li> <li>Maintain HRIS configurations and support workflow improvements, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance for employees and managers.</li> <li>Manage LOA system updates in Paylocity, including updating LOA status and reason codes, and submitting corresponding LOA Jira tickets.</li> <li>Support Lattice program setup and administration, including: Engagement survey, OLA, Emerge, 4box etc.</li> <li>Support with benefits administration tasks such as approving benefit elections, providing headcount number and support in reconciling benefit invoices.</li> <li>Produce and maintain ad hoc employee reporting to support compliance, business needs, and workforce planning.</li> <li>Analyze onboarding feedback and employee experience data to identify trends and recommend process improvement</li> <li>Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support compliance, business needs, and workforce planning.</li> <li>Coordinate focus group sessions based on engagement survey feedback, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to the business</li> <li>Manage People inbox and triage requests as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms and employee data in a People Ops/HR environment.</li> <li>Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, data changes, documentation, transitions) and HRIS best practices.</li> <li>Basic familiarity with benefits plans/designs</li> <li>Excel skills and comfort producing accurate reporting and reconciliations</li> <li>Highly detail-oriented with excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage sensitive data with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality</li> <li>Preferred experience with <strong>Asana</strong>, <strong>Lattice</strong>, and <strong>Paylocity.</strong></li> <li>Preferred experience implementing process automation or workflow improvements.</li> <li>Preferred familiarity with compensation cycles and benchmarking</li> </ul> <p>The base salary range for this position is between $66,8700 to $80,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
