<h2></h2> <p></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>Highly skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in both functional and automation testing of Salesforce applications built using OmniStudio and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with automation tools such as Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Playwright<strong>, </strong>and AI-based testing tools. The position will play a critical role in ensuring quality across the development lifecycle. This role places a strong emphasis on in-sprint automation, enabling rapid feedback and continuous delivery within Agile teams. Additionally, the position involves API testing for complex insurance applications, using tools like SoapUI and Postman to validate integrations and ensure seamless data flow across systems.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using tools such as Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and Playwright</li> <li>Utilize AI capabilities for self-healing locators, test data generation, and root cause analysis</li> <li>Utilize AI-powered testing tools to improve manual and functional testing efficiency by enabling automated test case generation based on business requirements and user workflows, capturing test evidence without manual intervention, auto-generating automation scripts wherever feasible, and intelligently identifying scenarios that require manual execution</li> <li>Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members to implement in-sprint automation, ensuring test coverage is aligned with sprint goals and delivered within sprint timelines</li> <li>Perform manual and functional testing to validate new features, identify edge cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage where automation is not feasible</li> <li>Lead the planning and execution of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end and API testing across multiple platforms and environments</li> <li>Develop and execute API test cases using tools like SoapUI and Postman to validate service integrations and data accuracy</li> <li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster feedback loops</li> <li>Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently</li> <li>Maintain and manage test environments, test data, and automation frameworks to support ongoing testing needs</li> <li>Maintain the automation regression suites based on continuous enhancements or new features implemented</li> <li>Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation and quality assurance</li> <li>Explore/Innovate stable automation solutions to automate complex applications (Ex: salesforce)</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience</li> <li>7+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on automation</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud/FSC)</li> <li>Experience with AI-assisted testing platforms and generative AI tools used for test design, script generation, test maintenance, and defect analysis</li> <li>Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks: Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Provar, Playwright</li> <li>Explore/Innovate stable automation solutions to automate complex applications (Ex: salesforce)</li> <li>Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development life cycle (SDLC)</li> <li>Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Page Object Model (POM), data-driven, and hybrid framework approaches</li> <li>Experience testing RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payloads, OAuth authentication, and integration workflows</li> <li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)</li> <li>Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and in-sprint automation practices</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge is a plus</li> <li>Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr</li> <li>Experience with automating applications which are developed using Salesforce OmniStudio and Lightning Web Components would be a plus</li> <li>Exposure to performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.</li> <li>Good understanding of Salesforce platform components including Flows, Validation Rules, Apex integrations, Profiles, Permission Sets, and security models is a plus</li> </ul> <p>#LI-CC1</p> <h2>About Our Company</h2> <p>H.W.
