About the Role

The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing initiatives, helping grow the firm’s brand, online presence, and client outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys coordinating events in our community and who has experience with digital content and social media.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market the firm’s legal services to generate leads.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for, and coordinate participation in, community events/outreach throughout the year, sponsorships, print/TV/online advertising, and employee events. (Community events may entail occasional evenings and weekends.)
  • Attend local networking events to identify potential referral sources. Nurture referral sources and maintain regular contact with them.
  • Track and report on marketing and community outreach events, such as leads generated.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Assist with creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including creation of video content and obtaining client testimonials.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, branded promotional items, and advertisements. Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or will obtain degree by Spring 2026) in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience but need not be a law firm.
  • Competent and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other marketing/graphic design programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking when representing the firm at community events.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time.
  • Be a team player. We are strong believers in the team approach and our office is a team environment.
  • You must be able to talk to people in a manner that is polite, educated, compassionate, and compelling to help grow our referral sources.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools, and analytics.
