In this role you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to support the recruitment cycle, connect with top talent, and provide a world-class candidate experience!</span></span><br> </p><p><span><span>Having recruitment experience is a great asset to have but not completely necessary. We are looking for someone with a background in customer service, providing administrative support and a candidate who is passionate about establishing great connections with customers both internal and external. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will be excited about promoting the Medavie brand to candidates looking for a great career!  </span></span><br> </p><p><span><b><u><span>Responsibilities:</span></u></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Support the full cycle recruiting process, including; posting positions, screening resumes, short-listing candidates, conducting telephone pre-screen interviews, coordinating recruitment testing/assessments, processing reference checks and security clearance documents and maintaining reports</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Connect with candidates in a timely manner to ensure their application is acknowledged and they receive notification of their status of application through our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) – we use SuccessFactors and will be moving to Workday in the fall.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment related events both onsite and virtually in your province</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Assist with new hire onboarding processes by answering questions of new employees and supporting Recruitment Consultants with new hire documentation as required</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Provide technical assistance to candidates who may require support in applying to positions online</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR, Candidates, and other internal stakeholders to ensure achievement of recruitment goals</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Perform other recruitment administrative duties as assigned</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>1+ year of experience in an office environment providing quality administrative and customer support to internal and/or external customers</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Post secondary in business and/or administration with two years of relevant work experience</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Recruitment experience is an asset</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience dealing with customers over the phone or in virtual meetings and documenting customer interactions</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Highly effective listening skills to uncover candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent verbal communication skills in order to describe Medavie positions to candidates over the phone as well as exceptional written communication skills to document these conversations</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>A multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and with the ability to learn new tasks quickly</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to take direction and work autonomously to solve-problems</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><b><u><span>Computer Skills: </span></u></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to navigate between applications and screens quickly</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience in Outlook or similar Email/Calendar software to book meetings, control calendars and organize tasks</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is an asset</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span><span>#LI-VS1</span></span></b></p><p><b><span><span>#CBM1</span></span></b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization / Ce poste est actuellement vacant au sein de notre organisation.<p></p><p><b>Pay Range:</b></p>46,292 - 52,078 CAD<p></p><p>The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training.
