Join us and put your passion, determination, and skill to work building the future!<br><br> Position Responsibilities: <br><br><ul><li>Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements</li><li>Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements</li><li>Partnering with Program and Engineering teammates to provide the best sourcing solution for our programs</li><li>Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply</li><li>Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance</li><li>The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills. Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required</li><li>Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements</li><li>Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities</li><li>Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.<br><br></li></ul> Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): <br><br><ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word</li><li>Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Experience working with cross functional teams</li><li>Experience working both independently and in team environments<br><br></li></ul> Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): <br><br><ul><li>Level 2 : 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher</li><li>Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management</li><li>Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance</li><li>Experience writing, drafting or editing contract documents</li><li>Experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts</li><li>Experience with proposal management or contract exposure with the US Department of Defense</li><li>Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)</li><li>Experience in performing data analysis<br><br></li></ul> Work Location: <br><br>This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
