Act as an individual contributor responsible for supporting territory sales growth.</li><li><b>Territory Ownership:</b> Manage a defined geographic territory with ownership of all dialysis customer relationships within that region. Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers through regular outreach and site visits.</li><li><b>Customer Engagement:</b> Contact and engage customers across multiple communication channels—including in-person meetings, phone, email, and virtual platforms—to promote products, services, and solutions that meet dialysis customer needs.</li><li><b>Market Development:</b> Identify customer needs, industry challenges, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and marketing initiatives specific to the dialysis segment.</li><li><b>Marketing Strategy & Proposals:</b> Develop and create proposals that support marketing and sales strategies tailored to dialysis customers and the assigned business segment.</li><li><b>Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:</b> Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight the value and clinical benefits of products and services offered to dialysis providers.</li><li><b>Quoting & Proposal Development:</b> Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers and support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through closing.</li><li><b>CRM Management & Forecasting:</b> Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems to track opportunities, support sales forecasting, and contribute to Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).</li><li><b>Customer Satisfaction & Retention:</b> Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and strengthening relationships to increase wallet share and long-term retention.</li><li><b>Reporting & Administrative Support:</b> Generate sales reports, maintain account documentation, and support territory planning to ensure sales goals and service levels are achieved.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>ORGANIZATION IMPACT:</u></b></p><p>  Operates within objectives defined by upper management that are specific to the Dialysis business segment.</p><p>  Performance directly impacts the execution of sales strategy and the achievement of short-term revenue goals for the Dialysis business segment.</p><p>  Failure to meet established objectives may affect overall sales performance and strategic initiatives within the assigned segment.</p><p></p><p><b><u>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</u></b></p><p>FORMAL EDUCATION:</p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>BS/BA in related discipline, 3+ years of marketing, engineering, or sales in is required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience in the dialysis industry, including dialysis water treatment systems.</b></li></ul><p></p><p>KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:</p><p>Required:</p><p>  <b>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate through effective intra-departmental information sharing.</b></p><p>  Skilled in sales techniques with a strong understanding of company products and services.</p><p><b>  Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and grow sales with new and existing customers.</b></p><p>  Comprehensive knowledge within the assigned area of specialization and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</p><p><b>  Basic proficiency with ERP (SAP) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).</b></p><p>  Must maintain an acceptable driving record and be insurable to drive for company business.</p><p><b><span>Travel requirement 50% or more </span></b></p><p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: (TIME SPENT AWAY FROM HOME OR OTHER TYPICAL OFFICE LOCATION)</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span><span>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
