Serviços à serem prestados: 

  • Condução de processos de onboarding, endomarketing e ações de engajamento.

  • Apoio à liderança em temas de clima, cultura e desenvolvimento.

  • Operaração de sistemas de controle de tarefas, Conexa Saúde, cadastros e rotinas de RH.

  • Estruturaração e acompanhamento de trilhas de conhecimento, indicadores de clima e ações de bem-estar.

  • Condução de processos de recrutamento e seleção, especialmente em posições ligadas a marketing e digital.

Habilidades Necessárias:

  • Experiência média de 5 anos em RH (foco em pessoas, não em DP).

  • Vivência em ambientes dinâmicos, preferencialmente em agências ou empresas de marketing/digital.

  • Perfil Pleno, pronto para evoluir em direção à senioridade.

  • Boa comunicação, escuta ativa e visão estratégica.

  • Capacidade de adaptação e de criar conexões de confiança.

  • Familiaridade com ambientes que utilizam Inteligência Artificial como parte da estratégia será um diferencial.
