This job is open to individuals with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of our holiday destinations during summer 2026.

ABOUT YOU

  • You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents / guardians.
  • For this position, a recognized childcare qualification / education is beneficial.
  • You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
  • Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You are fully conversational in English and one of the following : German, Dutch, French, Polish, Danish, Finnish or Swedish.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
  • Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
  • Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
  • You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents / guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements.
