Client Services & Office Assistant

Location: In-person – West Chester, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (35 hours/week)
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re a local, woman-owned business looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Client Services & Office Assistant to support daily operations in our eco-friendly cleaning company. You’ll be the key connection between our clients, cleaning techs, and the owner. If you're great with follow-up, communication, and keeping things organized, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client emails, calls, and messages promptly and professionally
  • Schedule and confirm cleanings, deep cleans, and move-out jobs
  • Coordinate with cleaning techs to ensure they have the right job details
  • Follow up with clients after services for feedback or rescheduling
  • Track and prepare quotes and invoices as needed
  • Keep Google Drive, scheduling systems, and CRM tools up to date
  • Fill and organize bottles and jugs for cleaning teams (1x/week)
  • Assist the owner with various admin tasks and light sales support

  • Clear communicator who enjoys helping people
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Willing to take initiative and follow up without being asked
  • Comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, and willing to learn systems like ClickUp
  • Reliable and punctual — you’ll be part of the heartbeat of the business
  • Experience in office work, customer service, or scheduling is a big plus
