We're looking for a Client Success Manager – Home Health Coding & Quality Assurance to become the trusted advisor for our home health agency clients. In this role, you'll lead client onboarding, strengthen long-term partnerships, resolve complex issues, and ensure our coding and QA teams consistently deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do?

Build Strong Client Relationships

  • Lead seamless onboarding for new home health agency clients
  • Understand each client's EMR workflows and operational needs
  • Set clear expectations and establish a successful partnership from day one
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve retention

Be the Client's Trusted Advocate

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, coding questions, billing inquiries, and service escalations
  • Translate client feedback into actionable guidance for our coding and QA teams.
  • Ensure every client feels heard, supported, and valued

Ensure Exceptional Service Delivery

  • Partner with Operations and QA to review coding accuracy, chart quality, and compliance
  • Audit ICD-10-CM and OASIS coding reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations and CMS standards
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TAT), and operational performance
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients using performance metrics and quality data

What We're Looking For?

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of Client Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management experience.
  • Healthcare, medical billing, home health, or revenue cycle experience preferred.
  • Proven success onboarding B2B clients and maintaining strong client retention.

Industry Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of outsourcing operations, including offshore/nearshore teams.
  • Experience managing SLAs, turnaround times, and cross-functional communication.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • ICD-10 coding
  • OASIS assessments
  • PDGM reimbursement
  • Home health documentation review

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Homecare Homebase, WellSky, Axxess, or similar EMR platforms.
  • HCS-D, COS-C, or CPC certification is a plus.
