Position Summary The Commercial Coordinator is responsible for coordinating commercial, logistics, decommission, relocation, and project-based opportunities from initial setup through final billing and customer completion. This role serves as a critical operational liaison between customers, sales, operations, vendors, and internal support teams to ensure projects are executed accurately, profitably, and with exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

· Create, schedule, and coordinate commercial relocations, logistics projects, decommissions, and project-based opportunities

· Manage project setup including quotes, job folders, documentation, scheduling, and client communication

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork submitted by drivers and crews to support proper billing and operational reporting

· Coordinate third-party vendors and support services as required

· Research and resolve warehouse discrepancies, inventory issues, and billing concerns

· Prepare and coordinate freight quotes and scheduling requests

· Maintain accurate document scanning, uploads, CRM updates, and project tracking

· Coordinate closely with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution

· Support customers with timely communication, issue resolution, and status updates

· Assist with administrative, customer service, and operational support functions as needed

· Ensure projects are coordinated efficiently and executed within company standards

· Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams

· Experience in moving & storage, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or project coordination

· Experience with MoversSuite, CRM systems, or transportation/logistics software

· Experience coordinating commercial projects, relocations, or logistics operations

· Understanding of billing, documentation, and operational workflow management
