Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Data Entry professional to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and maintained.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and clerical duties.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various tasks, including document creation and data management.
  • Support the team with QuickBooks for invoicing and financial record keeping.
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette while interacting with customers and colleagues.

Skills

  • Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with administrative processes.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases attention to detail in record keeping.
  • Anything in IT
  • Computer Information Systems (CIS) experience is ideal
  • QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) is preferred
  • Experience of ServiceNow
  • Customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and data analytics.
