Beacon Hill is hiring! Our client in the engineering industry is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team for the overnight shift. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working independently during off-peak hours. The hours are 10:00pm - 6:30am CT with alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Follow up on open cases and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Maintain service level standards and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of call center/contact center experience required
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working overnight and weekends, if needed
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software
  • Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
