Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude.

Schedule: 5 Consecutive Days - 1030 - 7; there are options to adjust the schedule according to someone's life - it isn't flexible it is a fixed schedule but days can be accommodated

Duties

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
  • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding customer service standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a pleasant experience for all customers.
  • Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone or through chat.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is an advantage.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This is an inside store position - there is no door to door, call center, telemarketing or business to business. Immediate positions are being filled ASAP!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
