<p><strong>***Active DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance REQUIRED***</strong></p><p><strong>***US Citizenship Required***</strong></p><p><strong>***NO VISA SUPPORT or C2C***</strong></p><p><strong>***On-Site in OKC Required***</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Project Security Specialist</strong> to directly manage, oversee, and execute the technical security and compliance requirements of our active client contracts. This role sits within the project execution team and focuses entirely on project-level risk mitigation, technical security deliverables, and client compliance standards. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, adaptability, and a team-first mindset, with the flexibility to step in when critical issues require attention. The Project Security Specialist will coordinate with our Facility Security Officer (FSO), handle the day-to-day project-specific data boundaries, develop and maintain security documentation, and attend client-facing technical audits as required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review, translate, and enforce specialized technical security requirements mandated by client contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Maintain project-specific data access control lists for personnel touching sensitive project data.</li><li>Maintain a continuous audit-ready posture for the project; prepare technical evidence, documentation, and reporting required for client-led security reviews.</li><li>Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client’s security officers regarding project milestones, vulnerabilities, and risk registers.</li><li>Lead the investigation and mitigation of project-specific technical anomalies, data spills, or application policy violations, loop-in the FSO and/or enterprise-level security personnel only when necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Conditions & Physical Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Office-based with no remote work opportunities</li><li>May require occasional work outside normal business hours to support operations and incident response.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>U.S. Citizenship</li><li>Current TOP SECRET Clearance (will be validated upon hiring)</li><li>3+ years of dedicated experience in cybersecurity compliance, technical project management, or contract security operations.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of contract-specific compliance standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, SOC 2 Type II, or FedRAMP).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
