Join the team that’s automating the future of logistics at DHL!

At DHL, we don’t just move packages, we move the world. And behind every smooth delivery is a team of brilliant minds engineering smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to get things done. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Data & Process Analyst who’s equal parts tech‑savvy, process‑obsessed, and automation‑curious. If you love turning manual tasks into sleek, scalable workflows and get excited about RPA bots doing the heavy lifting, this is your moment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and deploy automation solutions using Python, SQL, UiPath, and Azure tools.
  • Engineer logistics workflows that are smarter, faster, and bot‑powered.
  • Collaborate with ops teams to design scalable, reusable automation components.
  • Own the full RPA lifecycle: from ideation to deployment to optimization.
  • Prototype logic in notebooks, orchestrate with Azure, and integrate with Power Platform.
  • Keep documentation sharp in Confluence and delivery cycles on track in Jira.
  • Monitor KPIs like bot uptime and process time reduction (because data tells the story).
  • Stay ahead of the curve with hyperautomation trends like ML triggers and orchestration patterns.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in RPA, automation, or systems integration.
  • UiPath Developer and/or Azure certifications? Big plus.
  • Fluent in Python, SQL, HTML, JSON, and familiar with VB.NET or C# for custom logic.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake.
  • Bonus points for logistics or supply chain experience (we love domain knowledge!).
  • Remote‑first role based in Charlotte, NC (with <25% travel).
  • Competitive pay, stellar benefits, and a culture that celebrates YOU.
  • Work‑life balance that actually balances.
  • A team that’s collaborative, innovative, and just plain fun.
