Boost Logistics LLC is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) that delivers packages to Amazon customers. We are looking for FLEXIBLE, EXPERIENCED, PART-TIME HELPERS. As a helper, you are determined to successfully get every order/package to the customer’s door. You’ll be partnered with a safe driver in a safe and comfortable vehicle while using the latest technology to locate and deliver packages. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are a reliable, safe driver with a strong work ethic. Boost Logistics LLC is an equal opportunity employer. General Responsibilities of a Delivery Associate:

  • Routinely deliver 350+ packages per day in 10 hours or less
  • Must ensure safety and quality standards on and off the road
  • Willing to support other team members in need of help
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Load vans and deliver packages, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions
  • Load, unload, and deliver packages safely and punctually
  • Work with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Behave as a responsible and courteous teammate
  • Show excellent attention to detail
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and other paperwork
  • Operate a smartphone for GPS and daily records
  • Represent Boost Logistics and Amazon in a professional and ethical manner

Basic Qualifications of a Delivery Associate:

  • Must be willing to work weekends
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Must speak English
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (no CDL necessary)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
  • Prior delivery driving experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $17.00 per hour
  • Health insurance (Full-time only)
