Rooms To Go is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to join our Digital Advertising Team.<br><br>As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will be focused on creating graphic assets to support digital advertising campaigns across social and display channels.<br><br>In this role, you will collaborate with all of our Marketing teams - including CRM, Content, Copy, social, paid search, and analytics.<br><br>This candidate should have experience designing digital assets for advertising purposes. As well as a comprehensive knowledge in the general digital creative space, with an understanding of various online marketing platforms, social media channels, and experience with commonly used design tools (i.e. Adobe Suite)<br><br>As a team contributor, we expect you to multi-task while managing multiple timelines, perform tasks effectively, develop collaborative relationships cross-functionally, and display clear communication skills while being proactive & professional.<br><br>In addition, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Conduct competitive research, including design insights and trends. </li><li>Develop a mix of banner, animation, and video ads to be deployed across digital advertising channels </li><li>Participate in creative briefing, testing, and brainstorming. </li><li>Execute daily/weekly creative requests. </li><li>Research and stay up to date on design trends and technologies. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required. Marketing/Design Major preferred. </li><li>1-3 years relevant work (and internship) experience. </li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites: Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe Premier </li><li>Experience with Ai tools and prompting to enhance the digital marketing experience </li><li>Motion animation and/or video editing skills is a plus. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Core Capabilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Retail and/or eCommerce experience preferred. </li><li>Creative mindset with high attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
