<p><strong>Come join our amazing team and work remote from home!</strong></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The primary function of this role is to monitor and oversee the daily operations of the digital workforce.  Ensures the availability of required resources for each process, and acts as a liaison between the development teams and the business users to resolve issues that arise.  Documents processes, training and release procedures.  Provides updates and reports on system status on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  Perform all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00.</span></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor and oversee the daily operations of the digital workforce using the Blue Prism application.</span></span></p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoots and triages issues encountered with digital workers and their processes, determine appropriate corrective actions, and assesses any impact of corrective actions on other IT processes, staff, etc.</span></span></p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepares automated work schedule, expedites workflow, and shifts resources to ensure all jobs are running accurately and timely within the department.</span></span></p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Regularly review operational procedures to ensure best practices to achieve department goals related to productivity, cost per unit, and accuracy.</span></span></p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and provide daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to IT leadership and executives.</span></span></p></li><li class="ortl-align-justify"><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Recommend continuous improvement of processes and strategies for improvement using data analytics;
