We are seeking a skilled three (3) Digital Printing & CNC Machine Operatorsto operate and maintain OKI Eco Solvent, HP Latex 800, Mimaki Eco-Solvent, Mimaki UV printers, and CNC cutting/engraving machines. The operator will be responsible for producing high-quality prints and precision CNC outputs while ensuring efficient workflow, safety, and minimal material waste.




Key Responsibilities



Digital Printing Operations



  • Operate OKI Eco-Solvent, HP Latex 800, Mimaki Eco-Solvent, and Mimaki UV printers



  • Perform color calibration, profiling, and quality checks



  • Load and manage print media (vinyl, banner, paper, backlit film, rigid boards)



  • Monitor print jobs to ensure color accuracy and production efficiency



  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly printer maintenance



  • Troubleshoot print quality issues and minor mechanical faults



CNC Machine Operations



  • Operate CNC router / cutting / engraving machines



  • Select proper cutting tools and machine settings



  • Ensure precise cutting, engraving, and finishing



  • Maintain CNC tools and ensure machine cleanliness



Quality Control & Production



  • Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards



  • Minimize material waste and optimize machine usage



  • Coordinate with design and production teams



Health, Safety & Maintenance



  • Follow workplace safety and machine operation guidelines



  • Maintain clean and organized work areas



  • Report machine issues and assist with preventive maintenance



  • Handle inks, solvents, and materials safely




Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Proven experience operating Eco-Solvent, Latex, UV printers, and CNC machines



  • Hands-on knowledge of HP Latex 800and Mimaki printers



  • Basic knowledge of color management and print finishing



  • Ability to read and work with technical drawings and CNC files



  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills



  • Attention to detail and quality standards



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Preferred Qualifications



  • Certification or training in digital printing or CNC operations



  • Experience in large-format printing



  • Knowledge of lamination, mounting, and finishing processes



  • Basic mechanical or electrical maintenance skills




Work Environment



  • Print production facility



  • Standing for long periods and handling large materials
