Job Summary

We are seeking a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) HR Specialist to support and enhance our D&I initiatives, ensuring alignment with our corporate values and business objectives. This role will play a key part in developing, implementing, and measuring programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Support D&I Initiatives: Assist in the design, execution, and evaluation of diversity and inclusion programs, policies, and initiatives.

  • Employee Engagement & Education: Develop and deliver training, workshops, and educational materials to foster a culture of belonging.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on D&I metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategy.

  • Collaboration & Partnerships: Work closely with HR, leadership teams, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to integrate DEI best practices into company policies and culture.

  • Recruitment & Retention Support: Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to enhance diverse hiring strategies and create inclusive onboarding experiences.

  • Compliance & Policy Guidance: Stay updated on legal requirements related to diversity and equal employment opportunities, ensuring organizational compliance.

  • Communication & Advocacy: Develop internal communications to raise awareness about D&I efforts and celebrate achievements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, best practices, and trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, reporting, and using insights to drive strategic decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience in training facilitation and content development.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in a global or multi-location company.

  • Previous experience collaborating with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or leading DEI initiatives is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule with remote work arrangements.

  • Some travel may be required for training sessions, conferences, or company events.
