Our office in Miami is looking for an ambitious part-time Purchasing Assistant to support our sourcing and procurement operations in the US and Latin America.

What are the job responsibilities?

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery reliability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value.
  • Ensure purchased products and materials meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks and order follow-ups.
