If you are seeking a rewarding and fulfilling job, we are currently hiring for the position of Executive Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Looking for a proactive professional with a proven track record to serve as the Executive Assistant at DSC. Perform all clerical and administrative functions for the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors including Board meeting preparation, typing and filing of a variety of internal and external documents, and record maintenance. You will also provide support for the Vice-President of Development and Communications, including processing donations in donor database and mailing thank you letters.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum three years working experience with a variety of clerical duties
• Software skills, internet research capabilities, technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of donor database software a plus
• Resourceful, collaborative, adaptable and possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience working with a Board of Directors a plus

HOURS:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week; a part-time flexible schedule will be considered
