Amazon's Creator Advertising Partnerships (CAP) team seeks an accomplished Executive Assistant to support a senior entertainment advertising executive based in Los Angeles. This high-profile role serves as a liaison between Amazon Entertainment and the advertising community, requiring seamless navigation of both Amazon and the broader advertising industry. The position demands exceptional judgment in managing relationships with Amazon colleagues, advertising customers, creators, creator representatives, and key industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings advertising and entertainment industry experience, with a proven track record of supporting senior executives and supporting high-profile creator relationships

This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, exercise discretion with confidential information, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, demonstrating poise and professionalism while interfacing with advertisers, celebrities, and industry executives.

Key job responsibilities
* Provide calendar management, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones and handling high-stakes industry meetings
* Communicate effectively with executives, creators, and agents/managers
* Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements
* Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for high-volume entertainment-related business expenses
* Oversee team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurations
* All administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders
