NTY Windows is Hiring – Office Assistant (Long-Term Position, Part-Time or Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding support to customers, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Call Management: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, assisting customers and maintaining clear communication.
  • Data Entry & Organization: Accurately log, track, and maintain customer data to ensure records are up to date.
  • Timely Follow-Ups: Return all customer calls within 24 hours to maintain excellent service.
  • Office Maintenance & Inventory: Keep the office space tidy, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring all supplies are replenished as needed.
  • Errands & Personal Assistant Duties: Occasionally run errands to the post office or store as needed.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Must be able to pivot with ease as the company grows and new platforms and processes are introduced.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service skills – a friendly and professional attitude is a must!
  • Strong multitasking abilities – handle multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail – keep things running smoothly.
  • Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality – we love working with people who bring great energy to the team!
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team – take initiative while collaborating with others.
  • Adaptability to Change – as we grow, our systems and platforms will evolve. We need someone who can quickly adjust and learn new processes.
  • Knowledge of 1099 payroll is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be comfortable using your own car for work-related errands.
  • Must be okay with using your own phone by downloading a company-provided app that generates a separate work phone number.
