(Click here for additional information.)Perform senior-level administrative support tasks and related specialized duties for the Customer Services department director.Organize, prioritize, and coordinate office production, recordkeeping, and reporting systems.Assist director with confidential information, documents, and activities.Compile information and figures for special reports.Assist in formulating, preparing, and monitoring department or special budgets.Submit personnel action forms via the HRIS.Handle payroll-related and timekeeping duties for department staff.Perform bookkeeping and general departmental accounting work as needed.Assist other staff members as needed and perform other related duties as required.What are the minimum requirements?Provo City will honor equivalent combinations of job-related education and experience [substituting each one year of post-secondary education/training for six months of experience].High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).Four years of administrative support experience.A valid, lawful Driver License.Microsoft Office Suite or other specialized software experience may be required.What is the selection process?Applications will be reviewed in the order they are submitted, with the first screening being held seven (7) days after posting. Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications listed above to be eligible for consideration.If selected for hire, candidate will be required to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
