<p>Orlando Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Federal Government Affairs & Public Policy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support and enhance Orlando Health's relationships with federal government agencies, as well as monitoring and analyzing legislation and regulations that may impact our organization. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of federal government affairs and public policy, excellent communication and advocacy skills, and a passion for promoting the mission and values of Orlando Health. Develop and implement strategies to support and enhance Orlando Health's relationships with federal government agencies. Monitor and analyze legislation and regulations that may impact the organization. Serve as a liaison between Orlando Health and federal government agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the federal government. Create and maintain a database of relevant legislation and regulations. Provide regular updates and reports on federal government affairs and public policy to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct research and analysis on key healthcare policy issues at the federal level. Collaborate with internal departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Represent Orlando Health at relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings. Advocate for Orlando Health's interests and priorities to federal policymakers. Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the federal government and relevant industry associations. Stay informed on current and emerging healthcare policy trends and developments. Educate and inform internal stakeholders on federal government affairs and public policy issues. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote Orlando Health's mission and values to federal policymakers. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
