Deliver exceptional customer service to Beckman Coulter clients, including technical training on diagnostic products and systems.</li><li>Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, while building on and enhancing the relationship with the customer to ultimately become a perceived partner in their business. Travel throughout the district’s territory, and or Canada, experiencing all the various places our instrumentation is utilized.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The essential requirements of the job include:</span></b></p><ul><li>Technical diploma or higher in Biomedical Engineering Technology or Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 3-years of relatable experience (field service experience preferred).</li><li>Ability to travel to and from the United States, hold a valid driver’s G license, and meet Beckman Coulter’s safe driver criteria in compliance with the Danaher Company Vehicle Policy and vendor credentialing requirements. This includes, but is not limited to annual background checks, immunizations, and required training.</li><li><span>Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past three years.  Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight travel within the assigned service district and occasionally to other service districts in Canada.  Candidates must be able to lift, lower, and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted (e.g., tools, replacement parts, consumables).
