<div>Work Flexibility: Remote<br/><br/><b>Finance Specialist - Flex Financial</b><br/><br/>Join a high-impact team at the center of Stryker's equipment financing strategy. As a Finance Specialist, you will drive deal execution and support revenue growth by enabling sales teams to deliver flexible financing solutions across a large, dynamic territory. This role offers exposure to complex transactions, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence outcomes across multiple business units.<br/><br/><b>What you will do</b><br/><ul><li>Price and structure finance proposals across more than 15 financing programs to support customer purchasing decisions and meet territory revenue goals</li><li>Facilitate contracts from origination through completion, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal standards</li><li>Manage and process approximately 30 closed deals per month, including review and submission of all required documentation</li><li>Create and manage approximately 130 financing opportunities per month in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry</li><li>Own and manage lower-value transactions independently, aligning with thresholds defined by the Regional Finance Manager</li><li>Partner with a Regional Finance Manager to execute territory strategy and support larger, complex transactions through all stages of the deal lifecycle</li><li>Educate sales representatives across multiple business units on leasing options and financing solutions to increase adoption</li><li>Coordinate cross-divisional deals and consult with stakeholders to recommend appropriate programs and required documentation</li></ul><br/><br/><b>What you will need</b><br/><br/>Required qualifications:<br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance, sales operations, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of time value of money concepts and interest calculations</li></ul><br/><br/>Preferred qualifications:<br/><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience supporting sales teams or commercial operations</li><li>Experience managing high-volume transactional workflows (minimum 25 transactions per month)</li><li>Experience leading or contributing to process improvement or project initiatives</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Additional Information</b><br/><ul><li>Work arrangement: Remote with alignment to a U.S.-based sales region, we are only considering candidates based in the EST or CST time zones</li><li>Travel: Up to 10% to support team meetings or business needs</li><li>Relocation support: Not provided</li></ul><br/><br/><b>United States of America Pay Ranges:</b><ul><li><b>USN</b>: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual</li><li><b>US5</b>: $67,600 - $99,100 USD Annual</li><li><b>US10</b>: $70,800 - $103,800 USD Annual</li><li><b>US15</b>: $74,100 - $108,600 USD Annual</li><li><b>US20</b>: $77,300 - $113,300 USD Annual</li><li><b>US30</b>: $83,700 - $122,700 USD Annual</li></ul>View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.<br/><br/>Travel Percentage: 10%<br/><br/></div>
