About Us

We are a boutique recruitment and consulting team that believes recruitment should be done properly. We prioritise ethics, clarity, and long-term relationships over volume and short-term wins.

Our recruitment model is flat-fee, removing salary bias from the hiring process and allowing us to focus on the right hire rather than the highest fee. We work with clients who value transparency and professionalism.
