We are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our
German-speaking Customer Service team . This is a
permanent, work-from-home position within Spain , perfect for those who are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping customers. You’ll assist German-speaking customers by handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
– we value strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with all the tools and knowledge to excel in the role.
Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from German-speaking customers. Provide accurate information and guidance regarding products, services, and account details. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction rates. Follow established company procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance standards.

Requirements Native-level or fluent
German
language skills (spoken and written). Good
English
skills for internal communication. Must be
legally authorized to work in Spain
and
currently residing in Spain . Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple systems. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude. Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

This is a remote position restricted to residents of Spain. No relocation package
available. Applicants from abroad must be willing to relocate at their own expense before starting. Company will provide all necessary work equipment.
