Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to the management of government information, such as the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Analyze existing information management systems and processes, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency. Design and create reports, presentations, and other materials to support the organization’s information management efforts. Assist in the maintenance and updating of records, databases, and other information management systems. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders. Provide training and support to staff on information management policies and procedures. Monitor the performance of information management initiatives and suggest any necessary changes. Respond to inquiries and provide guidance regarding information management policies and procedures.
