Full-time Description

Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great service experience and understanding their needs.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shuttle guests to and from the dealership within the appropriate and agreed-upon radius.
  • Prioritize guests at the dealership needing a shuttle over those who are waiting for vehicle Pickup and Delivery.
  • Monitor the condition of the Shuttle Vans and ensure that they are clean, fueled, and working properly at the end of every day.
  • Keep a current daily log of shuttle van usage for warranty claiming at the end of each month.
  • Assist Remote Experiences Coordinator and Advisors with Pick Up and Delivery when available while maintaining a courteous and friendly attitude with all guests.
  • Assist with moving guests' vehicles from the service drive to the vehicle waiting area before dispatch to ensure a clear path for arriving guests.
  • Assist with moving guests' vehicles to the service drive when the work is complete and helping to fuel the vehicles when needed.
  • Delivering parts, documents, or vehicles between us and other locations.
  • Scan documentation and repair orders into PBS when repairs are finalized.

Hours:

The Service Department is open during the following hours:

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
