Job Description

Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking an experienced Healthcare Marketer to support the launch of a new suite of B2B commercial payment solutions designed specifically for hospitals and healthcare organizations.  This is a hands-on, strategic consulting role focused on creating and executing targeted campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

This role is a unique opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for a newly formed healthcare vertical within a well-established global payments organization.  You’ll work closely with the Head of Segment, creative agency partners, and internal stakeholders to build and launch impactful marketing initiatives.  This is a chance to help shape how the healthcare industry modernizes its payment systems. The Details:

  • Location: Fully remote within the U.S.
  • Duration: Approximately a 6-month consulting assignment with the possibility of extension

What you’ll do:

  • Campaign Development & Execution
    • Design and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns focused on the healthcare industry
    • Leverage key channels including LinkedIn, paid media, industry publications, and healthcare events to reach hospital and healthcare decision-makers
  • Content Strategy & Creation
    • Oversee the development and execution of healthcare-specific marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, one-pagers, digital content) 
    • Manage the relationship with an external creative agency, including reviewing and approving copy and creative assets
  • Event Marketing Support
    • Support a calendar of industry events and ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
  • Lead Generation & Sales Alignment
    • Build campaigns to drive qualified marketing leads and coordinate handoff to the sales team
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of campaign goals and messaging
    • Participate in regular check-ins and provide feedback to optimize marketing performance

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in the healthcare sector
  • Deep understanding of healthcare organizations, hospital systems, or hospital procurement processes
  • Experience running demand generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels  
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with creative agencies
  • Excellent communication and content review skills
  • Comfortable working independently and contributing both strategically and tactically

Preferred:

  • Experience working in or marketing for companies such as McKesson, Cardinal Health, or directly with hospital procurement teams
  • Familiarity with healthcare trade publications, industry events, and thought leadership channels
  • Prior exposure to B2B financial products or commercial payment solutions (not required; training will be provided)
  • Experience running demand generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $65.00 - $70.00 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
