Are you comfortable with typing and navigating online platforms? We are offering a fantastic opportunity for entry-level candidates to become Remote Chat Operators. This role involves interacting with website visitors through live chat, providing them with information, and addressing their inquiries by using a provided script. Ideal for individuals who are organized and can communicate clearly... this position requires no prior experience and offers the convenience of working from home. What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses? websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Contract length: No fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection. Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
