Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality home health patient care. This role requires excellent clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

**COMPENSATION IS NOT HOURLY, IT IS PER VISIT. RATES ARE DETERMINED BY EXPERIENCE**

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs to ensure patient health and safety.
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Education: Educate patients and their families about managing health conditions, medication administration, and self-care practices.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for the patient.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and care provided, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Experience: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting is often preferred, typically requiring at least one year of clinical experience.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in various home environments.
