Position Overview

We are looking for experienced residential house cleaners or small cleaning teams to clean homes in the western Chicago suburbs. This role is best suited for cleaners who are dependable, take pride in their work, and enjoy building long-term relationships with clients.

Pay & Benefits

  • $26.00 – $30.00 per hour (varies by job type and cleaning team size)
  • Flexible schedule: choose the days you are available

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional house cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to communicate with clients (at least one person on a team must speak conversational English)
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Perform standard residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, and kitchens
  • Follow client instructions and ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate professionally with clients and the office team
  • Travel to multiple locations within the service area each day
