The HR Generalist is the primary front-line HR contact for staff and managers managing day-to-day HR inquiries and providing transactional support. Reports to Sr HR Manager.</span></p><p></p><p>HR Operations & Administration</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Support maintaining staff actions in HR systems (Workday).</p></li><li><p>Maintain and audit records of personnel-related data to ensure all employment requirements are met and maintained accurately.</p></li><li><p>Support Employee onboarding process including assisting with preparing employment agreements and hiring <span>paperwork.</span></p></li><li><p>Support offboarding processes.</p></li><li><p>Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards identifying issues/trends and to measure progress.</p></li><li><p>Assist assigned recruiters and hiring managers,<span> as needed, </span>with recruitments including reviewing resumes, scheduling<span> interviews, data tracking, and providing process assistance and advice.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Employee Support & Compliance</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Support with benefits and leave administration guidance.</p></li><li><p>Administration of location changes, personal move requests, home office updates.</p></li><li><p>Respond to internal and external human resources-related inquiries or requests in a timely and effective manner.</p></li><li><p>Support training and development opportunities and employee engagement initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Communication & Team Support</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Assist with delivering general HR communications, updates, and reminders.</p></li><li><p>Partner with AO Central Functions HR team on initiatives and projects.</p></li><li><p>Partner with People Team centers of excellence on shared objectives.</p></li><li><p><span>Maintain confidentiality concerning personnel and other organizational <span>information.</span></span></p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><h3><u><span class="emphasis-2"><b>What You’ll Bring:</b></span></u></h3><p></p></div><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.</p></li><li><p>Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">employees/management.</span></p></li><li><p>Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><u><span class="emphasis-2"><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></span></u></h3><p></p><ul><li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Experience coordinating HR operational activities involving multiple stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Broad understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services.</p></li><li><p>Candidates in Eastern or Central time zone preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><div><h3><u><span class="emphasis-2"><b>Salary Information:</b></span></u></h3></div><p></p><p>The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of <b><span>$59,179 – $88,644</span></b>. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
