HVAC Dispatcher / CSRSamm’s Heating & Air Conditioning

Plano, Texas

Hybrid Position | In-Person Training Required

Pay: $22–$30/hour based on experience and skill set

Samm’s Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Dispatcher / CSR with prior HVAC industry experience and strong knowledge of ServiceTitan. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have worked in an HVAC office environment before and understand the pace, communication, and coordination required in residential service and install operations.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and schedule HVAC service technicians and installers
  • Manage incoming customer calls, texts, and scheduling requests
  • Use ServiceTitan daily for scheduling, invoicing, memberships, call tracking, and customer management
  • Communicate with technicians, customers, vendors, and office staff throughout the day
  • Assist with ordering parts and tracking equipment when needed
  • Enter vendor bills and assist with light accounting/admin tasks
  • Help maintain accurate job records and customer information
  • Support office operations as needed during high-volume periods
Requirements
  • Prior HVAC industry experience REQUIRED
  • Prior ServiceTitan experience REQUIRED
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling customer concerns professionally
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
  • Experience entering bills, purchase orders, or vendor invoices preferred
  • Reliable transportation for in-office training and hybrid work schedule
Schedule
  • Hybrid position after training period
  • Must be available for in-person training in Plano, TX
  • Full-time position
Compensation
  • $22–$30/hour depending on HVAC experience, ServiceTitan knowledge, and administrative/accounting background
