Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Receptionist / Legal Assistant position located in Orlando, FL. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing phone support, scheduling appointments, preparing certain legal documents, greeting and assisting clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, managing email, and more. The role requires computer proficiency, effective communication and organizational skills to support attorneys and other team members in their work.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of legal processes and familiarity with legal document preparation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in essential receptionist duties, including handling calls and managing appointments
  • Professional phone etiquette and the ability to accurately relay messages and information
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High Proficiency in office management software, email, word, and basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in a legal office or real estate law is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
