PG Golf LLC is looking for a quality individual to fill the role of pressure blast associate.

Summary:

This critical role will coordinate activities with refinishing production to meet all specification and quality requirements. this role will be responsible for the inventory control and the operation pressure blast/ washing equipment utilized to surface prep golf balls for printing and spraying operations.

Essentials Duties and responsibilities

  • Operate blasting equipment (pressure blasting/hoses, industrial air compressors, ect.)
  • Efficiently clean and maintain all related blasting equipment, including safety equipment.
  • inspects, star, and maintain all related blasting equipment, including safety equipment.
  • Inspect, start, and maintain equipment that delivers blast and regulates pressures which produce a safe and efficient environment.
  • Review inventory against anticipated workload to maintain adequate stocking levels.
  • Report all equipment and product concerns to the process engineer immediately.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate daily date report.
  • Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation.
  • Sample inspect balls before and after pressure blast.
  • Examine finished product to ensure conformance to quality specifications.
  • Sort, label, and seal batches with correct finished and in-process products.
  • Disassembles blasting equipment and clean as needed.
  • Organize and maintain work well with other team members.
  • An acute attention to detail is required to maintain the high standard of the refinishing process.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: High School or Equivalent.
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds
  • Prior experience with pressure blasting is required.
  • Prior experience with painting is preferred.
  • Perform Basic Math Calculations.
  • Use/ understand measuring devices / tolerances.
  • Use various hand and power tools.
  • Learn and apply quality standards of workmanship / product.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
  • This is a 2nd shift (M-F 4pm to 12:30am)
  • Project work may require occasionally over time.
